Can I color/bleach Brown Sugar Collection hair?  

Brown Sugar Collection is 100% Virgin Hair which will allow you to achieve a color up to #613. Once hair is colored you must treat it as your real hair and deep condition it at LEAST once a week. Our hair can last years with proper care.  

 

When will I receive my hair after ordering?  

After we received your payment please allow 2-3 days to process payment and 7-10 for shipping. Additional time if a coloring service is booked with your order.  For local delivery please text (203)583 - 1032 and provide your name and order number. 

 

What do I do once I receive my hair?   

We recommend co-washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoo and conditioner. Be sure to comb ends to roots. 

How do I maintain my unit?  

We recommend keeping the hair free of any dirt and oils by washing your unit every month. Treat your unit as your real hair, DO NOT use excessive heat on your unit. Preserve your styles by wrapping it up at night. If you are unaware of the proper care please let a professional stylist do so to avoid losing the longevity of your unit. If I am in your area, book your Unit Maintenance and/or Re-Installs under the “ Book” tab. 

How many bundles do I need for an install?

for lengths 14"-16" we recommend at least 2 bundles

for lengths 18"-30" we recommend at least 3 bundles

 Can I request a custom or special order?  

Yes. For all custom orders please contact us by email brownsugar.collection@yahoo.com with information listed below

  • For custom Brown Sugar Collections units please provide- length, texture, color (if needed) and choose between frontal/closure along with lace size.  

  • If you are sending in hair in for a custom wig please send pictures that inspire your desired style.
